Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited is seeking a Support Coordinator in Falkirk for Plumb Centre. The role covers managing key customer accounts across multiple sites, building strong relationships, and coordinating stock orders with branch teams.

It is a full-time, permanent hybrid role with a mix of office and home-working days. You will join a team focused on delivering excellent customer service, accurate data handling, and proactive order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Managing key customer accounts across multiple sites and branches, acting as the single point of contact for all account-related enquiries.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing a high level of service and support.
• Placing stock orders on behalf of customers by liaising directly with branch teams and coordinating requirements.
• Monitoring stock availability and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently by checking stock levels and communicating updates.

Responsibilities

• Managing key customer accounts across multiple sites and branches, acting as the single point of contact for all account-related enquiries

Contract & Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm, with one day a week working from home.

Requirements

• To be able to demonstrate strong IT literacy, including the ability to use systems and to be able to enter data into spreadsheets accurately


• Communicate confidently and professionally over the phone, providing excellent customer service


• Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through effective communication and account management


• Accurately enter, update and manage data within spreadsheets and internal systems
