Job summary

Wolseley UK is seeking a Branch Manager for Barry, South Wales to run daily branch operations, lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer service. The role involves hands-on leadership, adherence to policies, and delivering on KPIs in a fast-paced trade environment.

• Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch
• Take a hands‑on approach to branch management, supporting all areas of the business and leading by example to ensure operational excellence

Contract & Working Hours

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
