Job summary

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 SPoC Operational Hub Administrator in Norfolk. You will be the first contact for patients and professionals, handling calls, emails and referrals, coordinating triage, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support safe onward actions.

The role supports community nursing and therapy services with a focus on timely access and signposting to appropriate teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Compassion and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm when dealing with sensitive or urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails and other communications from patients, carers and health and social care professionals.
• Receive and process referrals into the service; identify anything urgent and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records on the relevant systems.
• Signpost callers to other services when appropriate.
