Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming SPOA calls promptly with a high level of customer service.
• Record patient demographics and clinical information accurately in the System One and referral pathways.
• Signpost to relevant services and prioritise urgent assessments when needed.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders to direct referrals appropriately.
