Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• MBA, MSc or equivalent preferred.
• 5–8 years in medical education, training or healthcare program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of spine-focused professional education strategies aligned to commercial and product priorities.
• Design and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals, including procedural techniques and product application
• Identify educational gaps and implement targeted programs to address evolving spine training needs
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment of education initiatives with commercial and clinical objectives
• Plan and deliver educational events such as workshops, cadaver labs, symposia, and regional training sessions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), spine surgeons, and healthcare institutions
• Monitor program effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback, driving continuous improvement
• Ensure all educational content and activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Incorporate digital learning tools and innovative delivery methods to enhance engagement and learning outcomes
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination for education programs
