Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's UK DePuy Synthes division seeks an IBP Lead to translate commercial strategy into robust demand signals, capital plans and inventory decisions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Global Planning to balance growth, service, inventory and cost.

The role requires curiosity, pace and strong commercial judgement. You will lead IBP alignment meetings, drive digital enablement, and champion continuous improvement across the supply chain, including consignment

Qualifications

Educated to degree level in a commercially orientated subject.
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in planning, sourcing, supply chain, S&OP, IBP or related planning.
Strong understanding of analytics to support digital supply chain transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead investment and inventory decisions aligned with growth priorities and financial targets.
Run monthly investment plan sessions with field sales and translate into demand signals.
Coordinate capacity planning with UK/EMEA warehouses to enable on-time shipments.
Act as a trusted partner to the Commercial org to plan and deliver end-to-end supply chain needs.
Drive consolidation of consignment stock and improve service reliability.
Lead IBP alignment meetings with Business Unit Directors and teams.
Champion digital enablement and use of data to improve decision quality.
