Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IBP Lead to join the UK DePuy Synthes business in Leeds. You will connect commercial ambition, inventory discipline and supply chain execution to ensure the right products and investments are available when needed.

You will lead investment and supply planning, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Global Planning to balance growth, service, inventory and cost while enabling strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a commercially oriented subject.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in planning, sourcing, supply chain, S&OP or IBP.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JDE is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain leaders to align capital and inventory plans with growth targets.
• Lead monthly engagements with field sales to build investment plans grounded in finance and asset utilisation.
• Translate investment plans into upstream demand signals reflected in Global Demand Planning.
• Coordinate network capacity planning with UK/EMEA warehouses to enable on-time shipments.
• Act as a trusted partner to ensure customer and commercial investments are planned and delivered.
• Drive optimization of consignment stock and proactive management of order books.
