Job summary

Harbourne Associates is recruiting an Area Sales Manager to drive specification-led growth across nationwide new build projects within the building services sector.

The role involves building relationships with councils, house developers, contractors and framework partners, securing specifications, and supporting customers with energy efficiency and compliance solutions. You will manage projects end-to-end and deliver CPDs and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in specification sales within the social housing sector.
• Ability to influence others and demonstrate leadership traits.
• Self-reliant, resilient and results-driven.
• Confident in engaging multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with councils, house developers, contractors and framework partners.
• Secure specifications through a consultative, technical sales approach.
• Support customers with damp & mould, indoor air quality, compliance and energy efficiency solutions.
• Manage projects from early engagement to order and completion.
• Deliver presentations, CPDs and training sessions.
