Job summary

CPJ Recruitment is partnering with a well-established UK manufacturer in the commercial KBB/interiors sector to appoint a Specification Sales Manager. This role covers North, Scotland & Ireland and encompasses the full spec journey from sign-off to final order on major UK projects.

You will develop specifications with architects, designers and contractors, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive orders through complex sales cycles while collaborating with distribution partners to

Qualifications

• Background in KBB, Bathrooms, interiors or related specification sector advantageous.
• Experience selling into specifiers including developers or architects/contract merchants.
• Commercially minded, specification-led, project-focused sales professional.
• Strong relationship-builder across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles and project pipelines.

Specification Sales Manager | Commercial KBB / Interiors | NORTH, SCOTLAND & IRELAND

Full ownership of the specification journey - from specifier sign-off to final order - on major UK commercial bathroom projects.

• Able to influence early-stage project decisions and follow through to completion

THE PACKAGE

• Up to £60,000
• 20% bonus
• High-spec electric or hybrid company car
• 7% pension
