Job summary

Price Personnel is recruiting for a Specification Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK healthcare sector for a specialist building services business. This consultative, specification-led role engages NHS Trusts, consultants, public health engineers, architects and contractors early in design decisions to shape projects.

You’ll manage long, complex sales cycles, deliver CPDs and technical presentations, and build a strong UK healthcare pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven specification sales experience within M&E, building services, construction or related technical sector.
• Strong track record of influencing consultants and contractors.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Genuine consultative approach to selling.
• Based in the South East of England, with UK-wide travel flexibility.

We're looking for an experienced Specification Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK healthcare sector for a specialist building services business.

This is a consultative, specification-led sales role where you'll engage with NHS Trusts, consultants, public health engineers, architects and contractors — getting involved early and influencing design decisions before projects reach site.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing relationships with NHS Trusts, consultants, engineers and contractors
• Identifying projects at an early design stage
• Influencing specifications and securing project opportunities
• Delivering CPDs and technical presentations
• Managing long, complex sales cycles through to completion
• Building a strong and sustainable UK healthcare pipeline
