Job summary

Price Personnel is seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK healthcare sector for a specialist building services business. This consultative, design-led role targets NHS Trusts, consultants and contractors to shape projects before they reach site.

Based in the South East with UK-wide travel, you will develop relationships, influence specifications and win opportunities, supported by a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven specification sales experience within M&E or building services.
• Strong track record of influencing consultants and contractors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness for long, complex sales cycles.
• Ability to engage with senior technical decision-makers.
• Consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with NHS Trusts, consultants, engineers and contractors.
• Identify projects at early design stage.
• Influence specifications and secure project opportunities.
• Deliver CPDs and technical presentations.
• Manage long, complex sales cycles through to completion.
• Build a strong and sustainable UK healthcare pipeline.
