Job summary

Altro Specification South is looking for a driven Specification Sales Consultant to cover South Wales, the South West and nearby counties. You will build relationships with architects and designers, secure specifications, and convert them into orders. Expect CPD sessions, presentations and active networking to grow the business.

You will join a team with a competitive salary package and long-term development opportunities while supporting customers across key regions in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong networking skills across the construction industry.
• Excellent presentation delivery, both in person and online.

Responsibilities

• Secure Altro floors, walls and resins specifications with architects and designers on the territory.
• Deliver CPDs and commercial presentations to clients.
• Convert specifications into orders and collaborate with internal teams.
• Attend networking events, sometimes outside normal hours.

Altro are recruiting for a Specification Sales Consultant to join our Altro Specification South team coverng South Wales, the South West and surrounding border counties, including Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and key locations across Wales. The postcode areas covered include: BA, BS, CF, GL, HR, LD, NP, SA, SN

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for securing Altro floors, walls and resins specifications with architects and designers on the territory and working closely with your teammates and other departments in the business to convert these specifications into orders. You will be confident and competent in delivering CPD s, commercial presentations (online and in person) and attending networking events outside of normal working hours.
