Job summary

Altro is seeking a commercially minded Main Contractor Sales Consultant to join the UK Sales team. You will cover London & the Home Counties, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, the South Coast and Kent, building trusted partnerships with commercial, procurement, design, project and site teams.

You will influence specifications, identify opportunities, and drive profitable growth while collaborating with specification, technical, customer service, marketing and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Must have experience building relationships with main contractor accounts.
• Strong ability to identify and convert project opportunities.
• Proven track record in presenting products and services to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a commercially minded and relationship focused Main Contractor Sales Consultant to join our UK Sales team. Covering London & the Home Counties, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, the South Coast and Kent, you'll become a trusted partner to commercial, procurement, design, project and site teams, helping them find the right solutions for their projects.

Territory postcode areas include: BN, CR, CT, DA, GU, KT, ME, PO, RH, SM, SO, TN, TW and UB.

This is an exciting role where you'll work closely with some of the UK's leading main contractors, building strong relationships, identifying project opportunities and influencing specifications to drive profitable growth.

• Building and developing relationships within key main contractor accounts
• Identifying and converting project opportunities through proactive account management
• Engaging with decision-makers at all levels across commercial, procurement, project and site teams
• Presenting Altro's products, services and technical expertise to meet customer needs
• Managing a robust sales pipeline, forecasts and account plans through CRM
• Working collaboratively with specification, technical, customer service, marketing and operations teams
• Sharing market intelligence and helping shape business opportunities across your territory
