Job summary

Hager is seeking a Key Account Specification Manager to drive and develop project sales by influencing specifiers to include Hager solutions early in designs. You will manage the project pipeline via CRM and build strong technical relationships with designers, clients and contractors in the South East / London area.

You will report to the District Sales Manager in Project Sales and play a pivotal role in growing specification-led sales with hands-on technical support and CPD activity.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree or HNC level in the Electrical field.
• Experience in specifier relations and project sales.
• Strong communication and autonomy with cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with specifiers (M&E consultants, designers, clients).
• Promote Hager electrical products and solutions by highlighting technical features and benefits.
