Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting a Contract Sales Manager for the North region covering The North, Northern Ireland & Ireland.

You will develop and secure specification-led opportunities within commercial and residential construction, promoting bathroom product portfolios to architects, designers, developers, contractors, and merchants to drive major project specifications from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience within bathrooms is essential.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Ambition, drive and a brilliant relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target major construction projects within residential, hospitality, healthcare, education, leisure, and commercial sectors.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of specification-led opportunities through project tracking platforms, industry contacts, and market intelligence.
• Engage with developers, architects, interior designers, M&E consultants, quantity surveyors, and main contractors to secure product specifications.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Drive specification of bathroom products from initial design stages through to project completion.
• Provide technical and product expertise to consultants and specifiers alongside building strong relationships with merchants.
