Job summary

Tristram Parker Recruitment is recruiting for a Specification Manager with a focus on London and the South East for a well-established façade and building envelope manufacturer.

The role is specification-led, engaging early with architects, façade consultants, developers and main contractors to influence design decisions and secure a strong project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Background in specification sales / technical business development.
• Strong understanding of the architectural specification process.
• Confident presenter with experience delivering CPDs.
• Commercially driven with a proactive, relationship-led approach.

I’m currently working with a well-established and growing manufacturer within the façade and building envelope sector, looking to appoint a Specification Manager to take ownership of London and the South East.

This is a specification-led role, focused on early engagement with architects, façade consultants, developers and main contractors — influencing design decisions and securing a strong project pipeline.

The Role
