Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading global bathroom manufacturer in London for a Specification Manager to lead architect and designer engagement across hospitality, build-to-rent, care, and student accommodation sectors.

This specification-led role focuses on early product specification by building trusted relationships with architects and designers and driving showroom engagement at Clerkenwell.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a specification sales role, ideally within bathrooms, kitchens, or tiles.
• Strong understanding of the specification process and project lifecycle within the A&D sector.
• Background in architectural & design sales (bathroom, kitchen, or tile experience welcome).
• Established relationships within the architect and designer community.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with architects and designers across London
• Driving footfall and engagement at the Clerkenwell showroom
• Winning specification business across hospitality, BTR, care, and student accommodation projects
• Managing and growing a personal network of A&D contacts
