Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Contract Sales Manager for the Midlands region to lead the drive for bathroom product specifications across residential and commercial construction sectors. You will engage with architects, designers, developers, and contractors to secure major project specifications from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience within bathrooms is essential.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Ambition, drive and a brilliant relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target major construction projects across residential, hospitality, healthcare, education, leisure, and commercial sectors.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of specification-led opportunities through project tracking platforms, industry contacts, and market intelligence.
• Engage with developers, architects, interior designers, M&E consultants, quantity surveyors, and main contractors to secure product specifications.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Drive specification of bathroom products from initial design stages through to project completion.
• Provide technical and product expertise to consultants and specifiers alongside building strong relationships with merchants.
• Monitor project timelines and key decision-making stages to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Coordinate project activity with internal sales, customer service, logistics, and technical teams.
• Ensure specified products are protected and converted into orders.
