Job summary

Refresco UK is hiring a Customer Specification Technologist on a 6-month fixed term contract in the Kegworth area. You will manage retailer specifications, ensure DRS compliance, and coordinate with Technical, NPD and Commercial teams to keep product data accurate and up to date.

The role requires experience with major retailer specification platforms, strong knowledge of food labelling legislation, and the ability to review artwork.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of retailer specification systems and labselling policies.
• Experience reviewing and approving product artwork and label compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple products and deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage retailer customer specifications reflecting DRS requirements and changes.
• Review and approve artwork to ensure pack copy and labelling compliance.
• Liaise with customers and TSPs to resolve specification queries.
• Progress specifications through retailer systems and ensure timely launch.
• Collaborate with Technical, NPD and Commercial teams to keep data accurate.
