Job summary

Refresco UK is seeking a Customer Specification Technologist on a 6-month fixed term contract based in Kegworth. You will ensure retailer specifications, pack copy and artwork comply with requirements and regulatory changes ahead of the DRS rollout.

You will work closely with Technical, NPD, Commercial and customer teams to keep specifications accurate, up to date and delivered on time, handling multiple products and tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

Experience with major retailer specification platforms.
Experience in food/beverage manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of food labeling legislation and customer labeling policies.
Experience reviewing and approving product artwork.
Ability to manage multiple products, stakeholders and deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Managing retailer customer specifications and reflecting DRS requirements.
Reviewing and approving artwork for compliance with pack copy and labeling.
Liaising with customers and TSPs to resolve specification queries.
Progressing specifications through retailer systems to launch on schedule.
Collaborating with Technical, NPD and Commercial teams to maintain data accuracy.
Supporting compliance activities with high data integrity and customer service.
