Job summary

Refresco UK is seeking a Customer Specification Technologist for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. You will manage retailer specifications, ensure DRS compliance, and review artwork to align with packaging and labelling legislation.

The role involves coordinating with Technical, NPD, Commercial and customer teams to deliver accurate, timely specifications. Ideal candidates will have experience with major retailer specification platforms, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

Experience with major retailer specification platforms and web-based customer systems.
Proven experience managing retailer specifications within a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of food labelling legislation and customer labelling policies.
Experience reviewing and approving product artwork.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage retailer customer specifications, ensuring DRS requirements and legislative changes are reflected accurately.
Review and approve artwork to ensure compliance with packaging requirements.
Collaborate with Technical, NPD, Commercial and customer teams to keep specs up to date and delivered on time.
