Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Customer Specification Technologist in Kegworth, UK, for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will update retailer specifications and artwork to meet DRS requirements, liaising with Technical, NPD, and Commercial teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with labelling legislation and customer standards, handling multiple products and deadlines with great attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with major UK retailer specification platforms and web-based customer systems.
• Proven ability to manage retailer specifications within food/beverage manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food labelling policies and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage retailer customer specifications ensuring DRS requirements and legislative changes are reflected.
• Review and approve artwork to ensure compliance with labelling and customer standards.
• Liaise with customers and their technical service providers to resolve spec and artwork queries.
• Progress specifications through retailer systems and ensure launch timelines are met.
• Collaborate with Technical, NPD and Commercial teams to keep data accurate and up to date.
