Job summary

Refresco UK is seeking a Customer Specification Technologist on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Kegworth. You will ensure retailer specifications, pack copy and artwork comply with customer requirements, labelling legislation and upcoming regulations for the Deposit Return Scheme (DRS).

You will work with Technical, NPD, Commercial and customer teams to manage multiple products and deadlines, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with major retailer specification platforms.
• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing specifications.
• Knowledge of food labelling legislation.
• Experience reviewing product artwork.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage retailer specifications to reflect DRS and regulatory changes.
• Review and approve artwork for compliance with pack copy and labelling.
• Liaise with customers and TSPs to resolve specification and artwork queries.
• Progress specifications through retailer systems and ensure timely approvals.
• Collaborate with Technical, NPD and Commercial teams to keep data accurate.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, data integrity and customer service.
