Job summary

Oasis Academy New Oak in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will support learners with differentiated needs, contribute to a structured learning environment, and help ensure pupils with special educational needs reach their full potential.

The role is term-time only, 37 hours per week over 39 weeks per year, with progression through SCP 13-17. NVQ/VRQ Level 3 TA qualification and GCSEs in Maths/English are required, along with experience in
