Job summary

The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the complex rehabilitation team on a fixed-term basis. This part-time role is based in the inpatient Neuroscience and Major Trauma pathway, offering focused specialist practice and opportunities for CPD and supervision.

You will manage a complex caseload, provide specialist assessments and rehabilitation, and contribute to audits and service development within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with HCPC and RCOT.
• MSc or equivalent in relevant specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessments and rehabilitation for patients with complex presentations.
• Carry a complex caseload and support the Rehabilitation pathway across the network.
• Supervise junior staff and students; lead CPD and audit initiatives.
