The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Complex Rehabilitation team on a Band 6 fixed-term basis. You will deliver specialist assessments and targeted rehabilitation for patients with complex neurological, trauma and spinal conditions within an inpatient unit.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment, provide supervision and CPD opportunities, and support audit and professional development activities.

Formación

• Knowledge of NHS issues and quality indicators.
• Ability to apply evidence-based practice in clinical work.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings (neuroscience/major trauma).

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist Occupational Therapy assessment and rehabilitation for patients with complex presentation.
• Carry a complex caseload and support the rehabilitation pathway.
• Supervise junior staff and students; provide training and supervision.
• Coordinate care with Hub/Spokes and network to facilitate discharge.
