Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist (Band 6) to join the neuro-rehabilitation and general rehabilitation team at Memorial Hospital, Woolwich. You will work autonomously within a busy multidisciplinary team to deliver specialist assessments and interventions for adults with neurological and long-term conditions, under supervision from senior clinicians.

Qualifications

• Registered OT with evidence of recent professional development.
• Experience with adults with neurological and long-term conditions.
• Ability to work autonomously and within an MDT.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver OT assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide autonomous OT assessment to clients with neurological conditions.
• Develop individual care plans using evidence-based practice.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical records and discharge reports.
• Collaborate with MDT and supervise OT support staff and students.
