Job summary

New Directions Holdings Limited is recruiting Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Loughborough. Roles include 1:1 support or small-group work, depending on each school's needs.

We’re seeking patient, reliable individuals with at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN. All roles involve enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks through a SEND-specialist recruitment agency.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN or in a similar role (e.g., TA, Learning Support Assistant, Care/Support Worker, Youth Worker, Residential Support Worker).
• Support may be on a 1:1 basis or in small groups depending on school needs.
• Patience, reliability and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
