Job summary

Mana Education is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in specialist SEND schools and mainstream settings across Leicester and surrounding areas. You could work day-to-day, long-term or permanently, in roles that encourage independence and confidence in learners with additional needs.

If you have experience in UK schools or as a TA/LSA, you’ll fit right in. Teaching assistant qualifications are welcomed but not essential, with flexible opportunities and ongoing CPD support from Mana

• Experience supporting children or young people, OR relevant experience in UK schools.
• Calm, patient and adaptable approach.
• Genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• Teaching Assistant qualifications are welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities
