Job summary

New Directions Holdings Limited is recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils across schools in the Lutterworth area. This hands-on role works closely with pupils who may need extra help to engage with learning, with support available 1:1 or in small groups depending on the school.

The role involves assisting pupils with needs, helping them stay focused and engaged, and providing encouragement, reassurance, and structure alongside teachers to create a positive learning

Qualifications

• Experience in education, SEN, care, or support work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Patient, reliable, and positive individuals.
• Understanding of safeguarding and DBS checks would be beneficial.

Location: Lutterworth and surrounding areas
Hours: Full-time / Part-time options
Pay: £96.63 - £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
