Job summary

Tilo Consulting is seeking a Spares Process Controller to join our Bristol team. You will own the spare parts fulfilment process, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, delivered on time, and completed to a high standard. You will work with commercial, planning, operations and supply chain teams to prioritise orders and improve processes.

The role requires experience with ERP systems, strong planning and data skills, and a proactive mindset to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and order fulfilment workflows.
• Experience coordinating across planning, operations, sales and supply chain.
• Strong organisational and workload planning skills.
• Excellent communication across teams and with customers.
• Comfortable handling data, KPIs and reporting.
