Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage the end-to-end spare parts process from order entry to dispatch. You will organise daily workloads for picking, packing and dispatch, review orders and stock, and support the MRP-driven purchasing of parts.

You will liaise with Planning and Commercial teams, respond to urgent customer orders, and drive process improvements while maintaining daily KPI data and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end spare parts process across key departments, from order entry to dispatch.
• Organise daily workload for picking, packing and dispatch via daily order book reviews with Commercial and Planning.
• Review incoming orders daily, including quotation status, requested and promised delivery dates, and stock availability.
• Support Planning with work order activities and timely purchasing of parts through the MRP system.
• Respond quickly to critical customer orders, including same-day dispatch.
• Collaborate across matrix to implement process improvements meeting customer expectations.
• Collect and maintain daily KPI data to demonstrate process performance.
• Record daily exceptions to support continuous improvement and management reporting.
• Assist Planning with work order activities to ensure timely fulfilment of spare parts orders.
