Job summary

Sierra 57 Consult Ltd is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Coordinator for our client, a market leader in plastics industry equipment. You will handle spare parts quotations, process orders and provide administrative support across service and parts.

You will work closely with UK team, warehouse and Italian HQ to ensure accurate orders, deliveries and customer enquiries are managed efficiently. Proficiency with SAP and strong customer service are essential, along with an organized, multitasking

Qualifications

• Experience in spare parts, sales or service administration or order processing.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP for processing orders.
• Strong customer service and clear communication by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations to customers.
• Process customer orders accurately using SAP.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve parts/service issues.
• Raise pro-forma invoices from service reports when required.
• Coordinate with Italian HQ, warehouse and other departments on availability and delivery.
• Manage dispatch, tracking and proof of delivery for UK/Ireland orders.
• Maintain filing and order documentation.
• Handle incoming calls and gather required information for enquiries.
