Job summary

French Selection seeks a Spanish-speaking Carbon and Environmental Markets Sales professional in London. Hybrid: probation in the office, then 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Salary up to £60,000 per year plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental markets, carbon markets, or energy trading.
• Fluent Spanish and business-level English.
• Knowledge of EU ETS, UK ETS, carbon pricing or renewable energy is desirable.
• Previous B2B sales, business development or client relationship experience.
• Proven ability to build a pipeline and convert opportunities into clients.
• Proactive, organized and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across environmental and carbon markets, with a focus on Spanish-speaking clients and markets.
• Prospect potential clients through outbound sales, networking, referrals and industry events.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline from initial contact through to close.
• Develop relationships with businesses affected by EU ETS, UK ETS, carbon pricing and renewable energy.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders across sustainability, finance, energy, procurement and trading.
• Present environmental markets and advisory solutions clearly to prospective clients in both Spanish and English.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information.
• Attend relevant industry events to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
