Job summary

The Language Business is seeking a Spanish-speaking Business Development Manager to sell exhibition and sponsorship opportunities across Europe from its London base. You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, manage full sales cycles, and maintain Salesforce records, with structured training provided.

The role offers a base salary plus 40% commission (OTE around £50,000), probation to £36,000, and a hybrid pattern (4 days in the office, 1 day from home).

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish.
• University degree required.
• Sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Structured sales training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sell exhibition and sponsorship opportunities
• Build commercial relationships with senior decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities
• Manage full sales cycles for sponsorship or commercial deals
• Build and maintain relationships with mid-level stakeholders
• Prepare tailored proposals and contracts
• Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and other tools
• Provide accurate sales forecasts
• Participate in planning and feedback with internal teams
