French Selection UK in London is seeking a Spanish and French speaking Sales Manager to drive growth in the packaging sector. The role is hybrid, with office days in North West London, and offers a salary up to £40,000 plus commission.

You will build a robust pipeline, win new customers, manage key accounts, and present tailored proposals, while collaborating with internal teams to meet market needs and travel to designated markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and French (written and spoken) essential.
• Experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Background in packaging sector preferred.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills; able to engage with senior decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business by identifying prospective customers and decision-makers.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and identify growth opportunities.
• Present tailored solutions and commercial proposals that demonstrate value.
• Own the sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and onboarding.
• Grow existing business by increasing customer spend and developing strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered.
• Stay close to industry developments to identify new commercial opportunities.
