Job summary

Uptick is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead Spain/Portugal onboarding from London, with regular travel to Portugal and Spain. You will guide customers through data migration, configuration, training, and project delivery to ensure rapid adoption of Uptick.

Fluent Spanish and English are required, with experience in SaaS implementations and data-driven environments. The role offers relocation options and growth into regional leadership as the market expands.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English required, both spoken and written.
• Experience in SaaS implementation or onboarding, ideally in startup/scaleup environment.
• Strong data skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration, extraction, cleansing and import for customers.
• Configure customer workspaces to fit workflows and industry needs.
• Train customer teams to use Uptick post go-live and drive adoption.
• Manage implementation projects to ensure on-time delivery and success.
