Job summary

Uptick, the premium software for fire protection, seeks a dedicated Implementation Manager for Benelux based in London. You will onboard Dutch-speaking customers, configure workspaces, and drive adoption post go-live while collaborating with the UK team.

As the region grows, you’ll assume regional leadership, travel regularly to Benelux, and relocate for the right candidate. Relocation is offered to the right person.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written, with willingness to travel to Benelux.
• Experience in SaaS implementation or onboarding, preferably in a startup or scaleup.
• Strong data skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Solutions consulting mindset, technically precise and adaptable.
• Ability to prioritise, track, and report on implementation status.
• Curiosity and drive to become Uptick product expert with agility and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data migration support including collation, extraction, cleansing, and import using Excel and Sheets.
• Configure customer workspaces to fit internal workflows and industry requirements.
• Train customer teams to use Uptick post go-live to drive adoption.
• Deliver implementation projects on time, maintaining momentum for successful adoption.
• Keep internal systems updated with project dates, notes and information for reporting.
• Build strong relationships with Dutch-speaking customers and guide them through change.

You will join a fast-paced, dog-friendly scaleup, working alongside people who care about the work and each other.

The opportunity:

We're opening up new European markets, and we're looking for the first Implementation Manager dedicated to Benelux. You'll onboard and upskill on our product working closely with our UK Implementation team, then quickly become the go-to person for Dutch-speaking customers.

As the region grows, we expect this role to grow into regional leadership. Several people on our current implementation team have already made that move internally. This role requires fluent Dutch in addition to English, plus regular travel to Benelux. You'll be based in London, with relocation offered for the right candidate.

What you will own

• Data migration. Support customers with the collation, extraction, cleansing, and import of their data into Uptick using Excel and Google Sheets.
• System configuration. Configure customer workspaces to suit their internal workflows and industry requirements.
• Product training. Train the customer’s team to use Uptick in their daily roles, driving strong adoption across our core modules in the critical phase after go live.
• Project management. Deliver implementation projects on time, keeping momentum so customers have the best chance of adopting Uptick successfully.
• Data and systems. Keep our internal systems up to date with key project dates, notes, and information for reporting and continuity.
• Relationship management. Build strong relationships with Dutch-speaking customers and lead them through the uncertainty of a new system with confidence.

• You consistently take new customers live and keep momentum going month after month.
• You bring a steady, growing flow of new ARR into the region.
• You keep onboarding timelines tight and predictable.
• Your live customers reach strong product health scores soon after go live.
• You become the trusted, go-to person for Benelux customers and internal teams alike.

What you will bring

• Language and travel. Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written, plus willingness to travel regularly to Benelux.
