Job summary

Bath Spa University is seeking a Space Manager and Estates Business Partner at its Newton Park campus in Bath. You will lead space management, advise the Estates Leadership Team on governance and planning, and develop the university space strategy.

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with workplace management/CAFM systems (PLANON or similar).
• Strong knowledge of space planning principles and utilisation methodologies.
• Proven analytical and numerical data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead space management as authoritative service owner and govern space allocation changes.
• Advise Estates Leadership Team and University Executive on governance, planning and space utilisation.
• Assess and plan space requirements against university standards; develop space strategy.
• Ensure alignment with design standards, masterplans and campus aesthetics.
