Job summary

Bath Spa University is seeking a Space Manager and Estates Business Partner to lead the allocation, planning and governance of space across the Estates & Services directorate. You will advise the Estates Leadership Team and University Executive on space strategy and master planning to support the campus strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Estates Management, you will collaborate with Heads of Schools and Services to assess demand, ensure design standards, and deliver a coherent, high‑quality

Qualifications

• Experience in space management, governance and planning.
• Higher Education environment experience preferred.
• Evidence of CPD and continuous development.

Responsibilities

• Lead space allocation, governance and changes across the campus.
• Advise Estates Leadership Team and University Executive on space strategy and master planning.
