Job summary

Warner Hotels Group is seeking a Spa & Wellness Supervisor at Thoresby Hall Hotel & Spa. You will support the Spa & Wellness Manager, lead the spa team, and oversee daily operations across treatment rooms and wellness facilities.

Your focus is guest satisfaction, high standards and driving revenue through memberships, spa days, treatments and retail. You will deputise for the manager when needed, delivering the Warner Hotels experience and a relaxing, professional environment that encourages

• Support the Spa & Wellness Manager in day-to-day spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high standards.
• Lead and motivate the spa team, oversee daily operations across treatment rooms and wellness facilities.
• Drive revenue through memberships, spa days, treatments and retail sales.
• Deputise for the Spa & Wellness Manager when required while delivering Warner Hotels' welcoming experience.
• Create a relaxing and professional environment that fosters guest loyalty.
