Job summary

Warner Hotels’ Thoresby Hall Hotel & Spa is seeking a Spa & Wellness Supervisor to lead daily spa operations, manage a dedicated team and maintain high standards of service. You’ll drive memberships, spa days, treatments and retail sales while ensuring guests enjoy a warm, Warner Hotels experience.

Located at Thoresby Hall within expansive grounds, this role offers an opportunity to develop professionally through in-house training and recognised qualifications within a supportive, inclusive team

• Experience supervising a spa or hotel team.

What will I be doing?

• As a Spa & Wellness Supervisor, you will support the Spa & Wellness Manager in the day-to-day operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, outstanding standards, and strong commercial performance.
• You will lead and motivate the spa team, oversee daily operations across treatment rooms and wellness facilities, and help drive revenue through memberships, spa days, treatments and retail sales. You will deputise for the Spa & Wellness Manager when required while ensuring every guest receives the warm and welcoming Warner Hotels experience.
• You'll play a key role in creating a relaxing and professional environment where guests can focus on their wellbeing while encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.

• What skills do I need?
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience within a spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality or leisure environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience working towards sales, revenue or performance targets.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop colleagues to achieve results.
• Good administration and IT skills.
• Experience managing stock, rotas and operational standards would be advantageous.
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
