Thwaites is seeking an engaging Spa Manager to lead our spa, gym, studio and pool operations within the hotel environment. You will motivate a large team while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety for our members and guests.

You will drive spa sales, coordinate activities with treatment and membership teams, and ensure seamless integration with other hotel departments. A strong leadership background and passion for health and fitness are essential.

Formación

• You will need to have a good rapport with staff and guests and be able to effectively communicate on all levels.
• A Passion for health and fitness is neccesary and experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• A proven track record of managing at a similar level is essential.
• Being able to multi-task is a must, you will need to offer warm hospitality to our spa members and hotel guests whilst ensuring all aspects of the Spa runs smoothly.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting all health and fitness responsibilities ensuring the gym, studio and pool areas are always in excellent condition.
• Leading your team to create a warm and safe environment for our members and guests.
• Recommending activities or opportunities to support spa treatments and membership teams whenever possible.
• Communicating with other internal departments to ensure integration of the Spa within the whole hotel.
• Deal with all problems, enquiries and complaints from Spa clientele when required.
• Maximise the sales of the Spa area by continually looking for opportunities and ways to innovate.
• Actively tracking class attendance and reviewing the timetable, implementing new classes and changes in schedules to meet clients’ needs.
