Job summary

Warner Hotels in Beeston is seeking a Spa & Wellness Supervisor to support the Spa & Wellness Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high standards. You will lead the spa team across treatment rooms and facilities, driving revenue through memberships, days, treatments and retail, while upholding the Warner Hotels experience.

You will deputise for the Spa & Wellness Manager as required, and foster a relaxing, professional environment that encourages loyalty

Qualifications

• Experience in spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality or leisure.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness with sales targets.
• Flexible hours including weekends/bank holidays.

Job description

• As a Spa & Wellness Supervisor, you will support the Spa & Wellness Manager in the day-to-day operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, outstanding standards, and strong commercial performance.
• You will lead and motivate the spa team, oversee daily operations across treatment rooms and wellness facilities, and help drive revenue through memberships, spa days, treatments and retail sales. You will deputise for the Spa & Wellness Manager when required while ensuring every guest receives the warm and welcoming Warner Hotels experience.
• You'll play a key role in creating a relaxing and professional environment where guests can focus on their wellbeing while encouraging loyalty and repeat visits. A passionate people person who can inspire, coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• What skills do I need?
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience within a spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality or leisure environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience working towards sales, revenue or performance targets.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop colleagues to achieve results.
• Good administration and IT skills.
• Experience managing stock, rotas and operational standards would be advantageous.
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
