• Previous supervisory or management experience in luxury spa, wellness, leisure, or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa & Wellness Manager in the daily operation of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect Four Seasons standards of luxury, care, and personalised service
• Assist with scheduling, payroll administration, and overall team performance management
• Monitor facility standards, cleanliness, and presentation to maintain a world-class environment
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Support revenue goals through treatment, retail, and membership sales initiatives
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering of spa products and supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operating procedures
• Work with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and promote wellness offerings
• Support wellness programmes, spa promotions, and special events
• Prepare operational reports and monitor departmental performance metrics
