Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall, based in Staffordshire, is seeking a Therapy Supervisor on a maternity cover from November 2026 to April 2027. You will lead the therapy team on the treatment floor, uphold brand standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences within the Spa and Hall facilities.

This leadership role requires NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, 2+ years of experience, and strong skills in leadership, communication and organization. Visa sponsorship is not available; UK right to work is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the therapy team on the treatment floor
• Ensure therapists follow company policies, procedures, and treatment standards
• Act as point of contact for client queries and complaints
• Carry out weekly Duty Manager shifts
• Support Spa & Therapy Reception duties, including guest check-in and check-out
• Perform treatments to required standards of each product house
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock levels and presentation across therapy rooms and Spa areas
• Conduct competency tests, training and ongoing development with the team
• Complete regular appraisals and performance reviews
• Encourage and drive retail sales and product recommendations
• Manage daily treatment collections and laundry processes
• Ensure end-of-day procedures and safety checks are completed
