Job summary

Champneys invites applications for a Spa Supervisor to join our health and wellbeing focused team. You will support the Spa Manager to run the treatment department, mentor staff, uphold standards and drive sales targets.

This role requires NVQ Level 3 in Beauty and preferably previous Spa supervision. You will ensure guest schedules run smoothly, deliver exceptional service and present a polished, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team with regards to training, standards and reaching sales targets.
• With guest satisfaction at the forefront of what we do, you will ensure guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken at all times.
• You will ensure your team are trained to the highest standard, and are there to assist our guests with any needs they may have throughout their visit with us and ensure they leave wanting more!
• You will ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times and that your team are supported in achieving their retail and treatment sales targets as set.
