Job summary

Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa is seeking a Massage Therapist to join the team on a flexible part-time contract with 6 hour shifts. The maternity cover role offers a competitive salary and benefits across a renowned English hotel and spa.

Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent spa qualification is essential, with experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel considered desirable. You will deliver exceptional spa treatments, uphold luxury service standards and uphold confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent spa qualification is essential.
• Therapist experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel would be desirable.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering the best possible service.
• Confidence, enthusiasm and communication with colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about all facilities, products, and treatments offered within our spa.
• Provide exceptional treatments to guests and members ensuring wellbeing and comfort.
• Ensure treatments are relaxing, therapeutic and educative.
• Maintain Chewton Glen’s 5 star standards.
• Build rapport with guests and members to ensure they feel relaxed and pampered.
• Ensure discretion, respect and confidentiality at all times.
• Work within time guidelines of each treatment to uphold guest care standards.
• Upsell products during treatments with enthusiasm and knowledge.
