Job summary
Hoar Cross Hall is seeking an experienced Therapy Supervisor to lead our Spa therapy team on a maternity cover from November 2026 to April 2027. Based at Hoar Cross Hall, you will uphold brand standards, deliver exceptional treatments, and ensure guest satisfaction.
You will supervise the treatment floor, support the management team, and drive retail sales while maintaining Health & Safety compliance. Applicants must have NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy and a minimum of two years' leadership
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a spa or clinical setting.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for customer service and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the therapy team on a daily basis.
- Ensure therapists follow policies, procedures and treatment standards.
- Liaise with management on client queries and complaints.
- Oversee reception duties and guest check-in/out as required.
- Support daily spa operations and maintain cleanliness and stock levels.
- Drive retail sales and professional product recommendations.
- Conduct competency tests, training and staff appraisals.
