Job summary

Spa by Kasia, located within Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa, is seeking a qualified beauty therapist to join a friendly team. You will deliver a wide range of treatments and support the spa’s day-to-day operations.

The role is full-time or part-time with flexibility for evening shifts until 8:15pm and weekends. NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy is essential, with strong guest-care and retail skills expected.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy / Face & Body Therapy is essential.
• Previous spa experience is preferred.
• Capable of delivering manicure, pedicure, gel nails and waxing to high standards.
• Confident in providing exceptional guest care and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of face and body treatments to a high professional standard.
• Carry out manicure, pedicure, gel nails, and waxing services confidently.
• Provide exceptional, personalised service to all guests and members.
• Maintain treatment rooms to an immaculate standard.
• Support stock control and minimise product waste.
• Promote and recommend retail products to contribute to sales.
• Work collaboratively as part of a proactive and supportive team.
